Multiple people were injured in a shooting at the grand opening of a Marathon Burgers in Long Beach Sunday.

Long Beach Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting at 3:32 p.m. Sunday at the grand opening of Marathon Burgers restaurant at 245 Pine Ave. in Long Beach.

Authorities confirmed there were multiple victims, but did not say how many, nor the extent of their injuries.

Footage of the aftermath of the incident posted on social media shows at least one victim being loaded into an ambulance.

No suspect or motive information was immediately disclosed.

Marathon Burger is a fast-food chain founded by the late rapper Nipsey Hussle and his family. The restaurant was built in partnership with rapper Snoop Dogg, who was in attendance at the event, which is currently under investigation.
