A 19-year-old missing man who authorities say suffers from a mental health condition and was last seen in the San Gabriel Valley community of Valinda has been located, authorities announced Monday.
Javier Alonso Ochoa had been last seen around 4:15 p.m. Feb. 20 in the 500 block of Richburn Avenue, between Avery and Balham avenues, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
He has since been located by deputies, but no details were provided about when or where he was found.
