An 18-year-old man with an unspecified mental health disorder was reported missing Monday after last being seen in Lancaster.
Jeffrey Pennington was last spotted around 8 a.m. Monday in the 5800 block of West Avenue J10, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Pennington was described as a 6-foot-tall white man weighing 200 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with a red design and a star on the sleeve, along with black jeans.
