A 71-year-old man pleaded guilty Monday and was immediately sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for raping a 93-year-old relative in Orange.
Phuong Hoang Khong pleaded guilty to rape, sexual penetration by a foreign object and force, forcible oral copulation and inflicting injury on an elder adult, all felonies.
Khong attacked the woman on Jan. 6, 2025.
