A 31-year-old man who was fatally shot by a person in a vehicle in South Los Angeles was identified Wednesday.
The shooting was reported at about 6:45 p.m. Sunday at 2245 W. 30th St., near Arlington Avenue, according to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman.
Paramedics rushed the man to a hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later, the officer said.
He was identified Wednesday by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner as Dornell Crib.
A suspect description and motive were not immediately available, the officer said.
