Police sought the public’s assistance Friday in locating a suspect responsible for a fatal 2023 hit-and-run collision, releasing video from the scene in hopes of witnesses coming forward.

The collision occurred around 10 p.m. Nov. 14, 2023, when the driver of a black 2015 or newer four-door Infiniti with tinted windows was traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on Arlington Avenue and struck a 25-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman who were crossing the street eastbound on Arlington Avenue, north of Venice Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The driver fled the scene without stopping to assist the victims.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics were dispatched to the area, where they pronounced the woman dead at the scene.

The man was not injured, police said.

Detectives identified the woman as Taylor Jackson and released photos of her along with security footage from the scene to assist in the investigation.

A reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect.
