A Silver Alert was activated Friday on behalf of an at-risk 71-year-old man last seen in Lancaster.
Roman Sanchez was last seen shortly before 6 p.m. on March 4 near West Avenue J and 16th Street West, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Sanchez was described as a 6-foot-1-inch-tall man weighing 230 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Sanchez’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.

Sounds Latino. Considering how California racially segregates all its missing persons bulletins, shouldn’t this be a Frijole Alert?
