Desert Hot Springs police continued Monday to investigate the suspicious death of a woman within the city.
Officers responded to a report of a possible deceased person at about 5:15 p.m. Sunday in the area of Mission Creek Road and Worsley Road, according to the Desert Hot Springs Police Department.
They found a “deceased adult female at the scene,” police said.
The circumstances behind the death were not immediately known, and no further information was immediately available.
