Authorities Monday released the name of a 34-year-old woman killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in Windsor Hills.
The crash was reported at 2:22 a.m. Wednesday. California Highway Patrol officers were called to Valley Ridge Avenue and Stocker Street, where they found the victim, CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig told City News Service.
She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office, which identified her as Protegee Beasley of Wilmington.
The east and west lanes on Stocker were closed from Valley Ridge while the CHP investigated the circumstances surrounding the crash.
