A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Saturday in the unincorporated East San Gabriel area of Los Angeles County.
The crash occurred at around 1:15 p.m. Saturday in the 9000 block of Southview Road near Jackson Place, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The name, gender and age of the victim and details of the crash were not immediately available.
An investigation was underway, the CHP said.
