Long Beach police asked the public for help Sunday locating an 89-year-old man who walked away from his residence and has not been seen since.
Pedro Perez Vital was last seen at about 6 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of West Hill Street in the city’s South Wrigley area, according to a bulletin from the Long Beach Police Department.
Vital had no cell phone nor any other means of tracking him and there is concern because he has medical conditions and may become disoriented, police said.
He is Hispanic, 5-feet-9 inches tall and 157 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes, wearing a navy, gray and red plaid jacket and gray sweatpants.
