Authorities were seeking an arson suspect Tuesday after a grass fire broke out in the Sepulveda Basin area.

Firefighters responded at approximately 1:30 p.m. Tuesday to the 16400 block of West Burbank Boulevard after receiving reports of a grass fire, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The fire was knocked down in 25 minutes, with no injuries reported.

The Los Angeles Police Department assisted LAFD arson investigators at the scene in determining the cause of the fire, fire officials said.

No description of the possible arson suspect was immediately available.
