A search was underway Saturday for a 92-year-old woman who went missing from the city of Maywood.
Josefina Medina was last seen at 6:45 a.m. Friday in the 5700 block of Gifford Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Medina has a mental disorder and requires medication, which is making her family even more concerned for her well-being, sheriff’s officials said.
She is Hispanic, 4 feet, 11 inches tall, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a beige sweater, blue dress, black pants and two rings.
