Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Detail asked for the public’s help Tuesday locating an at-risk 68 year-old man who authorities say is dependent on medication and was last seen in Lancaster
Luis Ramos was last seen at 6:45 a.m. Friday on the 44500 block of 15th Street West, between Avenue J and Norberry Street, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Ramos is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs165 pounds, is bald and has brown eyes and a mustache. There is no known description of what he was last wearing.
