An Endangered Missing Advisory was issued Wednesday for an at-risk 7-year-old boy last seen in Santa Monica.

King Darius Lozada was last seen at approximately 6:50 p.m. Monday near Arizona and Stanford streets. He is believed to be with suspect Darius Jackson, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Santa Monica Police Department.

King was described as a 4-foot-tall boy weighing 85 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue sweatshirt and light blue sweatpants.

Authorities identified Jackson as a 6-foot-3-inch-tall man weighing 210 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, sweatpants, and white shoes. Investigators believe that King and Jackson are either traveling on foot or on a black electric scooter.

Anyone with information about King’s or Jackson’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.

The CHP issues an Endangered Missing Advisory to help locate a child or other endangered person who has been abducted or is unable to care for themselves and whose safety is believed to be in danger.
