A man was killed Saturday in a shooting in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood of South Los Angeles.
The shooting was reported at 9:45 a.m. Saturday at 135 W. 89th St., according to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman.
The 61-year-old victim was taken to a hospital by ambulance, where he was pronounced dead, the spokesman said.
Two males, whose names were withheld, were taken into custody in connection with the shooting after a vehicle pursuit, he said.
