The California Highway Patrol has activated a Silver Alert to help the Westminster Police Department locate a 77-year-old at-risk woman.
Sloan Troung was last seen at about 4 p.m. Friday at Magnolia Street and Westminster Boulevard, according to the CHP. She was believed to have been on foot.
Troung is Asian, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a black shirt, beige jacket, black pants, and one blue shoe and one Nike slipper.
Anyone who has seen Troung or knows where she might be is urged to call 911.
The CHP activates a Silver Alert on behalf of police agencies searching for an elderly or developmentally or cognitively impaired person who is determined to be at risk to help locate them more quickly.
