A 3-month-old boy abducted in Alhambra Friday, prompting the issuance of an Amber Alert, has been found.

Cayden Ramey had last been seen at approximately 5:25 p.m. Friday near Hampden Terrace and Sherwood Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Alhambra Police Department.

Authorities said Cayden was believed to be with an unidentified suspect described as approximately 30 years old, 5 feet,10 inches tall, with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.

Cayden has since been located, but details about when or where he was found were not provided.

It remains unclear whether authorities have located the suspect or taken anyone into custody in connection with Cayden’s abduction.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue-and-black pants, and carrying a black backpack.

Authorities said the two were possibly traveling in a 2015 black Honda Civic with California license plate 7KFZ167.

The relationship between the suspect and Cayden, if any, was not provided.

The CHP describes Amber Alerts as “the most serious alerts we can issue involving children.” They require specific evidence that the child is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.
