Firefighters Sunday battled a fire in a one-story row of commercial units in the Central-Alameda neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The fire was reported just after 5 p.m. Sunday in one of the units at 2122 S. Central Ave., south of East Washington Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A total of 52 firefighters extinguished the fire in 25 minutes, and were able to contain the fire to the unit of origin, preventing spread to other units.
The cause of the fire was still under investigation, and no injuries were reported.
