A motorist was arrested for allegedly striking a mailbox with his vehicle Sunday morning in Hacienda Heights, authorities said.
The crash occurred at about 7:25 a.m. Sunday at a home in the 1200 block of Farmstead Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A black Toyota Camry struck the mailbox, the CHP said. The motorist was booked shortly after noon at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Industry station, but no further information was immediately available.
