Two people were killed and four others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Palmdale, authorities said Sunday.
The crash occurred at about 11 p.m. Saturday in the area of Avenue N and 10th Street West, according to a watch commander at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Palmdale station.
Two people were pronounced dead at the scene, he said.
Paramedics rushed three people to a hospital via ground ambulance and one person to a hospital via helicopter, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The crash involved a black sedan and a white pickup truck, according to sources at the scene.
No further information was immediately available.
