The investigation continued Monday to find a suspect and determine a motive for the fatal shooting of a 40-year-old man at the Universal City/Studio City Station Park & Ride.
The shooting was reported around 11:20 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot on 10801 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene by the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The suspect fled in an unknown direction, police said. He was described as a man in his 30s with dreadlocks and wearing a plaid shirt and black clothing, KTLA5 reported.
