A 27-year-old man was charged Monday with sexually assaulting two women in Santa Ana.
Bryan Alexis Herediasantana was charged with a count of kidnapping to commit a sex offense, two counts of assault with the intent to commit a sex offense, a count of rape and a count of sexual penetration by foreign object, all felonies.
Heredisantana is accused of attacking the victims May 30, according to the criminal complaint, which also alleges a sentencing enhancement for lying in wait.
The defendant posted $100,000 bail and was released Wednesday. He was scheduled to be arraigned July 1 in the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.
