Firefighters Saturday knocked down an auto fire that was close to a single-story home in Tarzana, authorities said.
There was no extension into the structure, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters dispatched at 11 a.m. Saturday to 18211 W. Karen Drive, south of Ventura Boulevard, had the fire out at 11:20 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
