An Amber Alert was issued for an at-risk 71-year-old woman reported missing after last being seen Tuesday in Valley Glen.
Marcellina Dominguez was last seen at approximately noon on Tuesday in the area of Whitsett Avenue and Sherman Way, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Dominguez was described as a 5-foot-3-inch-tall woman with gray hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt, pants, and sandals.
Anyone with information regarding Dominguez’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
