A fire broke out Friday at a residence in La Quinta, but no injuries were reported.
The blaze was reported shortly after 8:50 a.m. Friday at a condominium in the 80000 block of Cherry Hills Drive, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Six engine crews were dispatched to the scene to douse the fire, which was knocked down at 9:09 a.m.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
