Authorities Sunday were seeking public help to locate a 69-year-old at-risk woman missing out of Monterey Park.
Irma Silva was last seen at approximately 2:15 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of North Atlantic Boulevard, according to the Monterey Park Police Department.
The nature of Silva’s condition that puts her at risk was not disclosed.
