A 30-year-old man was found shot to death Sunday morning in an alley behind an apartment complex in Northridge, authorities said.
The homicide is believed to be gang-related, according to Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Division.
Officers were dispatched at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday to the complex in the area of Bryant Street and Vanalden Avenue, east of Tampa Avenue, in response to a shooting call, Eisenman said.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No suspect description was immediately available.
