At least one person was injured as a result of a residential fire in Echo Park Sunday.
The fire was reported around 1:40 p.m. Sunday at a home at 2132 W. Clifford St., just east of Glendale Boulevard, where responding firefighters found the one-story, single-family residence with smoke showing, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Paramedics from the LAFD were assessing the patient, whose condition was unknown.
Firefighters were able to knockdown the fire in 15 minutes.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
