A 76-year-old woman who went missing in Corona, prompting the activation of a Silver Alert, was located Monday.
Carmen Dilts had last been seen around 8 a.m. Sunday at Coyote Circle and Fairmount Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Corona Police Department.
The alert was deactivated when Dilts was located Monday. No details were released about Dilts’ location or condition.
The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
