Thieves smashed their way into a Pokémon merchandise shop in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood of Los Angeles Tuesday, taking trading cards worth some $10,000.

The break-in occurred at about 3 a.m. Tuesday at the Poke Mall shop at 1107 S. Robertson Blvd., near Whitworth Drive north of Pico Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Three male suspects smashed their way into the shop, which had also been burglarized earlier this year in a crime detailed on Facebook by the shop’s owner.

Video showed the shattered glass storefront.

The suspects were reportedly wearing white surgical masks and all-dark clothing and fled in a black Mercedes-Benz, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The vehicle was last seen headed south on Robertson toward the Santa Monica (10) Freeway.
