A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on the northbound Hollywood (170) Freeway in North Hollywood, the California Highway Patrol reported Wednesday.
CHP officers responded near the Victory Boulevard off-ramp at 10:27 p.m. Tuesday where they found the victim, Officer Sergio Garcia told City News Service.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sigalert for the No. 3 and HOV lanes near the Victory Boulevard exit. Drivers were advised to avoid the area or seek alternate routes.
