A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department search and rescue team located three hikers stranded along the Malibu Creek trail in Malibu, authorities said Friday.
The team was dispatched about 9:30 p.m. Thursday to the 14-mile creek in the 1900 block of Las Virgenes Road, according to a news statement.
“Rescuers made quick work using a four-person bash team and drone overwatch,” according to the statement. “All three hikers were successfully brought down uninjured.”
