Sheriff’s detectives asked the public for help Monday to locate an 80-year-old man with memory loss who went missing from Castaic.
Richard Alan Garrett was last seen at noon Sunday at his residence in the area of Castaic and Ridge Route roads, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Garrett is White, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 pounds and bald with blue eyes, wearing a black cowboy hat, green and gray shirt, blue jeans and gray and blue shoes.
