A 30-year-old Laguna Hills man was charged Tuesday with groping a woman on the Aliso Creek Trail in Aliso Viejo.
Kevin David Donis-Arevalo was arrested Thursday and booked on suspicion of sexual battery and kidnapping, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. He was charged with sexual battery Tuesday, but did not enter a plea at his arraignment, which was rescheduled for Wednesday.
The suspect is accused of grabbing a woman from behind on the trail and groping her thighs and buttocks at about 6 p.m. June 22, deputies said.
Donis-Arevalo did not enter a plea at his arraignment Tuesday. It was rescheduled for Wednesday in the Central Jail in Santa Ana.
