Officers dispatched at about 8:15 p.m. Friday to a “shots” call in the 2000 block of Baltic Avenue, near 20th Street and Santa Fe Avenue, locating the man suffering from a wound to the upper body, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
The victim was treated at the scene by paramedics and refused transportation to a hospital.
