Authorities Sunday sought public help locating a 71-year-old woman missing from a Lynwood assisted living facility.
Gwendolyn Clarrett was last seen about 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the facility, where investigators said she entered a white Kia Forte as a passenger, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Clarrett was described as a Black, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, approximately 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green-and-white coat and a blue shirt.
Clarrett suffers from medical and mental health conditions, and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
