An Endangered Missing Advisory was issued on behalf of a 42-year-old woman reported missing after being last seen Monday in Gardena.
Griselda Navarette was last spotted at approximately 3 p.m. Monday near Budlong Avenue and West 149th Street, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Gardena Police Department.
Navarette was described as a 4-foot-4-inch-tall woman weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black shorts and pink shoes.
Anyone with information regarding Navarette’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The CHP issues an Endangered Missing Advisory to help locate children and other at-risk people who have been abducted or are unable to care for themselves and whose safety is believed to be in danger.
