Sheriff’s detectives appealed to the public Tuesday for help locating an at-risk 27-year-old man last seen in Carson.
Jeison Enrique Herrera Rivas was last seen at 5:30 a.m. Monday on Ocotillo Lane, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. His family is concerned for his well-being.
Herrera Rivas is Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a black shirt, gray shorts and gray shoes.
