A 78-year-old man with a neurocognitive disorder and health condition was missing from the Torrance area Thursday and sheriff’s detectives asked the public for help finding him.
Rubin Aldin Williams was last seen at about 3 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of West Carson Street in unincorporated Torrance, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Williams is Black, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a red shirt, black pants and red shoes.
