An investigation was continuing Tuesday into the death of a pedestrian who was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Inglewood.
The man was struck around 10:30 p.m. Monday just west of the intersection of South Cedar Avenue and West Arbor Vitae Street, Inglewood Police Department Sgt. A. Ruiz told City News Service.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Ruiz said. His name was not released pending notification of relatives.
A description of the vehicle was not immediately available.
