A Silver Alert was activated on behalf of a 77-year-old man last seen in Culver City Wednesday.
Rafael Candelaria was last seen at about 9 a.m. Wednesday at Main Street and Culver Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Candelaria is Black, 6 feet, 4 inches tall, 160 pounds, with a bald head and brown eyes, wearing a green T-shirt, green sweatpants and black and white shoes. He was believed to have been on foot.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was urged to call 911.
Candelaria was last seen just south of the Los Angeles-Culver City border.
The CHP activates a Silver Alert when an elderly or developmentally or cognitively impair person goes missing and is determined to be at-risk to help them be recovered more quickly.
