OnlyFans model Adva Lavie, better known by her online handle “Mia Ventura,” will have to answer felony charges in Riverside County — in addition to those she’s already facing in Los Angeles County — stemming from alleged high-dollar thefts, according to court documents.
Lavie, 29, is charged with grand theft in Riverside County Superior Court stemming from an alleged taking that occurred last year. An arrest warrant in connection with the allegation remains active, court papers showed Friday.
Lavie was arrested earlier this week in Beverly Hills and booked into the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood pending hearings in Los Angeles County Superior Court. In March, she was charged by the District Attorney’s Office there with multiple felony burglary and theft counts.
The defendant’s theft charge in Riverside County is tied to alleged offenses that occurred on April 12, 2025, according to the Indio Police Department.
The agency said Lavie was staying at an Airbnb hosted by a man, whose identity was not disclosed, in the 43000 block of Spiaggia Place. The defendant had been invited there by him to see shows at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival during its first weekend that April, police said.
Lavie shared a room with the man, who later accused her of stealing an $8,600 Rolex watch, $700 Louis Vuitton Aviator glasses and an $1,800 Louis Vuitton cardholder wallet, according to an arrest warrant declaration filed by IPD.
The defendant snatched the valuables after accessing the victim’s 2025 Tesla Cybertruck during a spat with the housemate over failure to give her a Coachella Fest wristband for entry to the Indio Fairgrounds, the affidavit alleged.
Investigators said Lavie’s alleged offenses were captured via a video surveillance camera mounted in the attached garage at the residence.
IPD Sgt. Abe Plata said she was suspected in a separate residential theft involving $25,000 worth of property, but prosecutors declined to pursue the matter for lack of sufficient evidence.
It was unclear whether the cases in Los Angeles and Riverside counties might be consolidated.
Los Angeles County prosecutors alleged Lavie used dating apps and cultivated relationships to victimize wealthy older men and younger women in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills from 2023 to 2025. They said she posed as a girlfriend and travel companion to gain access to the victims’ homes and then allegedly stole cash, gold and various designer items.
The defendant had been free until this week but with an ankle-monitoring device.
She was engaged to billionaire and former gubernatorial candidate Stephen Cloobeck, who was arrested in West Hollywood in May for allegedly trying to dissuade multiple people from testifying in a criminal case against her.
Cloobeck, a real estate magnate who dropped his bid for governor late last year, is free on a $300,000 bond.
