A man has been arrested in connection with a non-injury shooting Saturday morning in west Long Beach, authorities said.
Officers dispatched at about 3:15 a.m. Saturday to an assault with a deadly weapon call in the 1700 block of Arlington Street, near Santa Fe Avenue, located evidence that a shooting had occurred, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
“The preliminary investigation revealed that the male adult suspect and the victim are known to each other,” according to a police statement. “The male adult suspect was taken into custody and booked at the Long Beach City Jail.”
No injuries were reported and the investigation was ongoing.
