Police sought the public’s assistance Tuesday in locating an at-risk 49-year-old man with medical conditions who may be disoriented and was last seen in Long Beach.
Francisco Garcia was last seen leaving his residential care facility in the 900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on June 10, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Garcia was described as a 5-foot-11-inch-tall Hispanic man weighing 245 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
