An 82-year-old man went missing in the Glassell Park area has been found, officials said Wednesday.
Paul Cepero had last been seen around 7 a.m. Thursday near Hazelwood and Lincoln avenues, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated a Silver Alert regarding Cepero on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
His family was concerned for his well-being as he can sometimes become disoriented.
No information was released regarding when and where he was found, but the LAPD reports he has been reunited with loved ones.
The CHP activates a Silver Alert when an elderly or developmentally or cognitively impaired person goes missing and is determined to be at-risk to help them be recovered more quickly.
