All lanes westbound on the Pomona (60) Freeway south of Rosemead Boulevard reopened as of 1:30 a.m. following a hit and run that closed the freeway, according to a spokeswoman from the California Highway Patrol.
A brown Toyota Avalon struck an unknown number of victims around 12:15 a.m., the CHP said. The victim or victims were transported to Greater El Monte Community Hospital.
There was no information on a suspect or the status of the victims immediately available.
