A 38-year-old man who was beaten to death in downtown Los Angeles was identified Thursday.
The victim was attacked by three men around 12:20 a.m. Wednesday at 727 W. Seventh St., a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson said.
He was identified Thursday by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner as David Cunningham, who sustained blunt head trauma.
The three suspects fled the scene, according to the LAPD.
No further information on the suspects was immediately available.
