An apparent homicide was under investigation Wednesday in South Los Angeles.
One victim, described as a 54-year-old man, was found dead in an alley around 10:07 p.m. Tuesday near 1200 West Leighton Ave, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson said.
The man had appeared to suffer from blunt force trauma, according to the LAPD.
No one was apprehended at the scene and there was no suspect information immediately available, the LAPD said.
Video from the scene shows the alleyway closed and police officers investigating the scene.
