Sheriff’s deputies shot a suspect in Lancaster Monday, but details about what led to the shooting were scarce.
It was reported shortly before 10 a.m. Monday in the 44000 block of 15th Street West, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The suspect was struck by gunfire and taken to a local hospital. No deputies were injured, the department added.
